Instruction focused on:
Body Mechanics - skating, passing, shooting and protecting the puck
Scoring goals - Qwick release, deception and making the right decisions
Hockey IQ: mental aspects of the game including scanning the ice
Drills - Combining skating, passing and puck handling skills into dynamic "progression" drills applicable to game situations
Games - small area game situations, players divided by skill level
